About
A Seattle glazier with two decades of craft.
Sheldrup Building Services Co. has been delivering commercial glass and glazing across the greater Puget Sound region since 2004. We bring the judgment of long experience to every project, from a single storefront door to a full curtain wall.
Craft
We take pride in details that outlast the project. Square frames, true plumb, clean reveals.
Partnership
We work alongside owners, architects, and GCs — straight answers, no surprises, on schedule.

Alicia Arsene
"Great glazing disappears into the architecture. When our work is done right, all you see is light, line, and intention."
Alicia graduated from the USC School of Architecture, where she learned to treat every building as a balance of form, function, and detail. She brings that design background to commercial glass and glazing. Under her leadership, the company works as a true partner to architects and general contractors. The team understands design intent and carries it out with precision, from the first shop drawing to the final installation.
Away from the jobsite, Alicia spends as much time as she can with her family. She is also a competitive tennis player, and she brings the same focus, discipline, and drive to the court that she brings to every project.
