Sheldrup Glass · Exterior glazing
Curtain Wall Contractor in Seattle and the Puget Sound
Curtain wall is the glass skin of many commercial buildings, and it rewards careful detailing. Sheldrup Building Services Co. is a Seattle-based glazing contractor with 20+ years in business, since 2004, and 500+ projects delivered. We install curtain wall and window wall for general contractors, architects and owners across King County and north through Marysville.

What curtain wall is
A curtain wall is a non-structural exterior wall system, usually aluminum framing with glass infill, that hangs from the building structure and carries its own weight and wind loads back to it. Window wall is a related system that sits between floor slabs and spans one story at a time. Which system suits a project depends on the design, the structure and the budget, and the architect's specification sets the approach.
Our exterior glazing scope
Our exterior work covers projects of every era, from historic renovations to new construction, always with environmental responsibility in mind.
- Curtain wall and window wall installation
- High-performance insulated glazing
- Aluminum storefront systems
- Skylights and roof glazing

- Historic window replication
Precision from shop drawing to final installation
Our owner and president, Alicia Arsene, trained at the USC School of Architecture, and that background shapes how we work. Our team understands design intent and carries it out precisely, from the first shop drawing to the final installation. We approach each project as a partnership, from initial consultation through takeoff, fabrication and installation, and we have in-house fabrication capabilities.
Our standard is simple: square frames, true plumb, clean reveals. We take pride in details that outlast the project, and we bring an energy-conscious approach to glazing systems along with a serious approach to safety and sustainability.

Working with your project team
We work alongside owners, architects and general contractors, with straight answers and no surprises. If you are pricing a project with curtain wall or window wall, bring us in early. We are glad to talk through the system the architect has specified before bid day, and to review your plans and specifications for scope. Early conversations help the whole team understand the glass, the framing and the installation sequence before the work is priced. We would rather answer questions at the start than solve surprises in the field.
Where we work
We serve all of King County, plus Snohomish County through Marysville: Seattle, Shoreline and Bothell, Lynnwood, Everett and Marysville; Bellevue, Redmond and Issaquah; and SeaTac, Tukwila, Renton, Kent, Auburn and Federal Way.
